What I normally do after a purchase

• Requirements & planning — clarify features, target platforms, and delivery milestones.
• Design & prototyping — wireframes and UI mockups with feedback rounds.
• Implementation — development of the app, integrations, and content population as agreed.
• Testing — unit, integration, and user acceptance testing across devices.
• Deployment — publish to stores or set up hosting/CI, plus domain/SSL when needed.
• Handover & docs — delivery of source, credentials, and brief training/documentation.
• Post-launch support — 30 days of support included; ongoing maintenance plans are available.
